Heavyweight
Referee: Josh Rosenthal

Mike Russow vs. Todd Duffee-knucklepit review

Round One
Todd charged out of the barriers like The Terminator on nitro, while Mike looked more like a misplaced pie man as he dropped to his knees under Todd’s barrage of leather at 4.23.  But Mike climbed back up and weathered the storm.
2.50: Todd bounced more fists off Mike’s noggin and tried to put him away.
2.01: The crowd gasped as Duffee landed more heavy knuckles.  He was hurling lefts, rights and uppercuts, but amazingly the tough Chicago cop was still there.
0.12: Duffee detonated a high kick.

Round Two
Todd recommenced throwing bombs as Mike successfully blocked most of them with his jaw.  This was one tough dude.
2.48: Mike caught Todd with a left hook.
By the end of the round, Todd appeared to be suffering a fuel crisis and Mike wasn’t going away.

Round Three
Russow was unable to take Duffee down thus far; however Duffee appeared to have punched himself out.
3.54: He was obviously ahead on points and discarded Russow’s takedown attempt.
3.00: Russow seemed to be using his mitts as focus pads for Duffee’s strikes, having worn the brunt of his punches.
2.29: Out of nowhere, Mike let a jack out of the box and ironed Todd out with a HUGE right.
